If for some reason you would like to make a return or need an exchange, any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. The returned items must be unused with the tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return along with the order slip.
Worn or damaged pieces will not be accepted for return/exchange, unless you have contacted us separately with a specific problem and we have accepted.
You have 24 hours to cancel the order if you wish, after which an extra fee will be applied.
There will be a return/exchange fee upon shipping. The refund will be issued once the returned pieces have been received and inspected at our warehouse to confirm they are in their original condition.
If your order was made through the Instapay payment method, you have 24 hours to complete the payment otherwise your order will be converted to cash on delivery.
If there is something wrong with your order upon arrival, please reach out to contact@tunjii.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.
Any jewelry or hair accessories are NOT eligible for any refunds/exchanges.
